My favorite homemade granola recipe

Once you make homemade granola, it will be so hard to go back to buying store-bought. I usually make this recipe as is but it’s also the perfect base if you want to add other ingredients such as dried fruit, coconut, or chocolate chips. It can also be made less sweet by decreasing the maple syrup if that’s what you prefer.
3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Bake at 275° F for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown. Stir every 15 minutes to prevent burning. Enjoy!
