How to get rid of those little white bumps on your face

You know, those small, hard, white bumps that won't go away no matter what you do

I have never been the best at exfoliating my skin but then I eventually start to get a few of those tiny, white bumps on my face and it reminds me of the importance of regular exfoliation. These tiny, white bumps are called milia, and they are actually not technically pimples. They are small, hard, white bumps that show up mostly on the face, don’t change much once they appear, can be a pain to get rid of, and squeezing them usually doesn’t do much.

The reason regular exfoliation is so important in the prevention of milia is because they are caused from the buildup of dead skin cells.

The one product I’ve found that gets rid of milia on my face the best is Drunk Elephant’s TLC Sukari Babyfacial:

It’s definitely on the pricier side but you only use it once/week and the benefits far outweigh the cost in my opinion. The key ingredient in the product is the salicylic acid, a beta hydroxy acid (BHA). In my experience, I have used other BHA products and nothing gets rid of milia and leaves my skin as soft as this product. Let me know if you try it!
