The smallest step you should take today towards a nontoxic lifestyle

As a Registered Dietitian, I know the power in creating smalls goals to produce big changes. This allows the goal to fit into your life more seamlessly and doesn’t make you feel defeated if you need to make small adjustments to it along the way.
