Welcome!
Hi! My name is Mila. I currently work as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with pregnant women and children and am on a journey of becoming a mother myself.
A little about me. I grew up and currently still live in sunny California. Spending time outdoors such as on a walk with my goldendoodle is definitely one of my favorite ways to de-stress, although cozying up with a warm cup of coffee and a book on a rainy day is a favorite pastime as well. From a young age, I have had a passion for healthy eating to feel good (with balance of course, I definitely think indulgence, the enjoyment of eating out at restaurants, and enjoying life are vital to staying healthy long-term too). I have a Master’s in Dietetics and enjoy continuing to learn new research and guidelines in the field of nutrition. In my adulthood, I have found that taking care of myself from the inside with diet and staying active has permeated to taking care of myself on the outside by being more mindful of the products I buy.
